Goto Primm and once the town gets a new sheriff the casino will open.

Once the Vince and Vance Casino opens play some hands of Blackjack. Before each deal save the game and reload if you loose that hand. Then goto the NPC and they will give you caps for your chips but you will keep your chips. Keep doing this for infinite caps.

• Infinite Experience

Goto Freeside Find Old Ben sitting by the fire near the King's head quarters.

Speech Skill needs to at 50 or higher for this to work. First persuade Old Ben to offer his escort services to the bar. When you succeed in that Speech Challenge, you'll gain 61 XP. Next follow him back to the bar. Next wait until he sits down. Now you can speak to him again and again redoing the same Speech Challenge for infinite XP.
